Yes. You set your own terms. When you list your charger, you get to pick the Days & Hours. Outside this schedule, EV drivers won't be able to reserve.
No problem. You can toggle the charger status to offline. Drivers can't reserve your charger until set it back to 'Active'.
You are the first line of defense. We'll not reveal your actual address until you confirm the reservation from 'Reservation' screen. When you list the charger, you can move the charger location to the nearest street corner or point of interest.

Booking a Charger

Very simple. On the charger page, you can 'Reserve' which gives you option to pick Date/Time. You can pick charging duration in increments of 30mins starting with one hour. You'll also have option to select optional Add-ons like Car Wash, Vacuum, etc.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation up until the 'Reservation Date/Time' from the 'Bookings' screen. After that, you need to work with the owner for any cancellations.

When some reserves a charger, you would get instant notification. You'll have option to 'Accept' or 'Decline' based on availability. Always react to notification so you don't keep driver waiting for response.

Payments

App accepts all major credits cards and other payment methods like Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Absolutely. We don't save any of your card details and all payments are handled by leading payment processor, Stripe.
We process all payouts using Stripe. You can provide payout details under 'Wallet' screen from the app. Payouts are processed after period closes.
